For the record, I don't think I have anything important to say. Nor, do I think very highly of myself. I blog for sanity. If I didn't blog, I would probably blow up small animals in my backyard, drop-kick my kids (who I generally love) into the neighboring pond or take swings at the mailbox with Madan's aluminum baseball bat.
Stoney deGeyter (the author of the blog post below) says, "...you have to think pretty highly of yourself to write a blog. On the most basic level, you have to think that someone actually cares what you have to say, otherwise you'd just keep your ramblings hidden away in a Word document on your computer's hard drive."
That may be true, Stoney, but not for everyone. While I freely admit narcissistic tendencies, I truly write for the safety of others. If I didn't have this outlet, I would most likely be behind bars.
Stoney also says that a blog is "only going to be any good if you are making someone else happy with it."
Well, I hope you're happy.

You're brilliant! Can I stalk...um I mean follow you?
Linked over from Pauline's (OHMommy on Twitter) tweet.
Awesomeness!
It's probably wrong, but I don't even feel like clicking that link. I blog for me. It makes ME happy. It's a way to communicate, to be part of a community, to create a history. If I didn't blog, I'd have no record.
I'm tired of people being so serious and touchy about blogs - if you (general you) don't think my blog is worthy, please, go away! =)
Thanks, Auds! Please stalk, um, follow!
I'm with you Pgoodness.
:)
