Oh, no. It's SNOW!

NYC has already announced schools will be closed tomorrow. Man. That Big Apple is always ahead of the curve. Out here in Burning Ham, the snow is coming down and the chances of no school tomorrow are going up. No cutting-edge announcement like NYC, but not to worry. I'm prepared. I have organic eggs, loaves of bread sans high fructose corn syrup, Bell & Evans chicken fingers and artificially-flavored mini ice cream "sammies." (Something's got to give, right?) Oh, I also have seven six-packs of Raspberry Snapple thanks to the Rite Aid down the street and 10 cases of beer thanks to our self-thrown going away party back in December.

But, just in case the rations run out along with my patience, I emailed Madan's school and asked if they could keep the gym open. That way, I can still drop the kids off. No reply back yet. I'm beginning to think they're not taking me seriously. And, you know what happens when schools don't take parents seriously. All hella breaks out. I may have to escalate my request to the superintendent.
