Because I care enough to send the very best.

Today is the littlest Doobie's 5th birthday. That means I need to write some painstakingly poignant (and public) letter to my daughter that deeply reflects upon her young life, expresses the joy she has brought to our family and blathers on about what an incredible impact she's made despite her waif-like stature. Yes, the littlest Doobie ranked in the 70th percentile for height and the 20th percentile for weight. She's a walking, talking balsa-wood popsicle stick. Let's hope it's not windy today. I've tethered her to my arm just in case.

Here goes. Kaila, just remember, this is 100% from the heart. I assure you, the brain was not involved at all. And, I don't blame you if today is the day you run away from home.

Eat your heart out Hallmark.

You definitely missed your calling of writing clever and funny Hallmark cards. I would totally buy this!
